美国工作签证需要什么学历？
1. 美国的工作签证，有H1B， H2A/B/C以及L1等几种，其中以H1B最为广泛. 对于H1B来说，申请者的最高学位可以是Bachelor's degree(即美国的bachelor)， Master's Degree， Professional Doctorate (Phd)或者equivalent degrees from other countries; 可见并不是必须是美国本科学历的.另外对于某些专业的博士，是免除了抽签环节的（详见H1B lottery）.
2. L1 visa 是跨国公司经理人的签证，这个对学历要求不高，一般只要求高中即可；而且L1不是工作签证，只是让在美国建立分公司的外国人及其家属合法居住和工作的签证。
3. 从题主的问题来看，应该是想问关于H1B吧. 这是一种工作签证，通常适用于一些需要较高教育的行业比如IT， engineering etc... 因为这些行业通常本科生很难达到他们要求的门槛，所以通常本科生无法成为H1B申请的主体对象. 但是很多其他不需要很高教育水平也能进行的工作也同样可以由H1B holder来做，比如nanny这种就经常会被用到H1B身上来. 因此可以说只要你想做这份工作就可以去申请H1B. 但同样因为H1B对雇主的要求比较高，所以在选择job的时候最好还是选大公司的比较稳妥一点~
4. 我觉得如果题主是想问怎么在北美找到符合自己专业又自己喜欢的工作的话，那我就只能推荐几个网站了：) 首先当然是各大招聘网站啊！ 我个人认为Glassdoor和Simplyhire are both very useful for job searching， although the former is paid and I think it would be more appropriate if you have a higher position to apply while the latter gives more general and simple information， which might still help some. LinkedIn can also put you in contact with people working in your field as well as get you updates on their companies. Facebook groups are another good source of finding jobs but they should only be used after you’ve established connections through different platforms mentioned above or maybe by just browsing around campus ;P！ And lastly， there always exists that one friend who knows someone who has been recommended by everyone else they know 所以多交朋友总没错啦～
